We will start in Italy, with local businesses and a clear choice: employing our riders and having people organise their work. With care, respect and love for a job well done.

Where will Rideriz launch?

Will riders be employees?
Yes. The Rideriz model provides for employed riders, with employment contracts and the corresponding protections. Pay and conditions will be shared during recruitment.
Who will organise shifts?
Shifts will be agreed with a human coordinator, taking availability and service needs into account. No algorithm will manage our riders.
